Shipping Policy – Badam Collection

We aim to provide our customers with the best service and timely delivery across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Local Delivery (within City): 1–3 working days

• Nationwide Delivery: 3–6 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 working days (depending on courier availability)

Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 250 all over Pakistan.

• For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional PKR 100 per kg will be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

• Please make sure your contact number and address are correct at the time of order.

Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation.

• Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel.

Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
  We appreciate your patience in such cases.
